1. Introduction Welcome to Visionary Hypnosis. By accessing or using our services, website, programmes, or digital content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or participating in any hypnotherapy services.
2. Definitions • “Company” refers to Visionary Hypnosis. • “Client” refers to any individual receiving services. • “Services” refers to hypnotherapy sessions, programmes, digital content, and related support. • “Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Nature of Services Visionary Hypnosis provides non-medical hypnotherapy designed to support wellbeing, behavioural change, and personal development. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients should consult a GP or qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities Clients must: • Be 18 years or older • Provide accurate health and personal information • Attend sessions sober and unimpaired • Follow agreed-upon exercises or therapeutic tasks • Inform the practitioner of any changes to health or medication
5. Booking, Cancellations & Missed Sessions • Sessions must be booked in advance. • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at the full session rate. • Missed sessions are non-refundable.
6. Free 14-Day Trial Terms If a free trial is offered: • The trial lasts 14 days from the date of activation. • No payment is taken during the trial. • After 14 days, the Client is automatically enrolled into the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. • Only one trial per person is permitted. • Trial access may include limited features or content. 7. 12-Month Plan & Renewal Terms For Clients enrolled in a 12-month programme: • The plan runs for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase. • At the end of the term, the plan automatically renews for another 12 months unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. • Renewal pricing may change; Clients will be notified in advance. 8. Recurring Payments & Billing By purchasing a subscription or programme, the Client authorises automatic recurring payments. • Payments may be monthly, quarterly, or annually. • If a payment fails, the Company may retry the payment and suspend access until resolved. • All fees are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law. 9. Refund Policy • Completed sessions are non-refundable. • Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins. • No guarantees of outcome are made.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection We respect your privacy. All information shared is confidential except where: • Required by law • There is risk of harm to the Client or others • The Client provides written consent We comply with UK GDPR and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Guarantees Hypnotherapy outcomes vary. Visionary Hypnosis does not guarantee specific results, including behavioural change, emotional improvement, or habit resolution.
12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the previous 12 months. • The Client accepts responsibility for their own decisions and actions.
13. Indemnity The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Visionary Hypnosis from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from: • Misuse of services • Failure to disclose relevant information • Actions taken based on session content • Breach of these Terms This clause survives termination. 14. Termination The Company may terminate services if: • The Client behaves abusively or inappropriately • Payments are not made • Terms are breached No refunds will be issued for completed or active billing periods.

16. All hypnotherapy sessions may be subject to a pre-consultation to assess suitability and where deemed necessary a pre-hypnosis susceptibility session and the client completing the Visionary Hypnosis client consent form
